Publish101 Copyright & Licensing page completed
Fr*e-Content Members,
We've completed the copyright and licensing page of Publish101
and invite you to review those rights and usage restrictions to
your articles to verify that you agree to them.
In all cases we have made them protective of authors copyright
and specifically restricted publishers to full attribution links,
copyright notices and FORBIDDING sale or use in Spam of your
articles. These restrictions give you legal right to protect your
work and require notice to you by publishers upon use.
The following is now posted at the Publish101 site at:
<http://publish101.com/Creative-Commons/>
Publish101 Free-Content was organized under licensing and usage
rights at "Creative Commons" <http://creativecommons.org/> in
which authors specify usage restrictions requiring attribution
in the form of live hyperlinks from the author's resource box,
forbid the sale of those articles and don't allow any changes
to the text or extensive quoting beyond recognized fair use.
Web site owners have long recognized the value of relevant
textual content to their web sites and may use the content
offered by represented Publish101 writers on their own web
site or in ezines if they agree to the following:
1. NEVER distribute those articles in Unsolicited Commercial
Email (UCE or Spam)
2. NEVER sell those articles individually or as a part of any
commercial ebook or paid compilation
3. NEVER change or edit the articles beyond grammar and
spelling corrections
4. ALWAYS notify author of web URL of published articles or
forward copy of ezine uses
5. ALWAYS retain author copyright and resource box information
in full
Writers who contribute their work here, do so under the

model of Creative Commons. The full Legal Code of the license

This notice serves as a Publish101 site-wide notice of the
required licensing and usage model to all publishers.
Publishers must forward copies of those newsletters, ebooks
or ezines containing provided articles directly to authors
and NOT to Publish101. Authors retain and reserve all rights
to their articles. Those writers represented here REQUIRE
attribution in the form of correct and fully functional live
hyperlinks from the articles back to their own website.
Authors who contribute to Publish101 do so under the above
mentioned license with ALL RIGHTS RESERVED - retaining all
rights not specifically granted under this agreement and may
grant any additional rights to individual publishers as they
see fit. Publishers must adhere to these guidelines and may
reference the full legal license at Creative Commons.

Publish101 has distributed free content since 1999 and today
continues offering distribution of writing by experts on the
web to website owners and ezine publishers. Writers offer
their expertise to a much broader audience of publishers
through this content aggregation and distribution model.
