Hashemian Blog Huh? What? Thursday, March 24, 2005 Green Day  Yeah, I know I'm a late-comer to this, but I finally bought their last gig, American Idiot. They are still punk at heart but you could tell that aging has mellowed them out a bit. A couple of tracks are definite anti-Bush rants, which is fine by me. The rest is a mixture of fast-paced and melodic tracks. Some took a while to grow on me, but now I like most of them. I'm not a big Green Day fan, but I must admit, they've done a fine job on this album.
