About this product: This video means so much to me and to all the people I know who have used it. It is sad that it is not available now to people who need it. Someone told me that the only place they could find it now is at Collage Video which has a catalog and an online store just for exercise videos. This video should be permanently available and should be in DVD now but I don't think it is. All I can say is this video is a lifesaver.
About this product: This is an excellent book which helped me immensely with my various TMS related issues. After reading the book, I decided that maybe I should purchase the lectures from Dr. Sarno that are available on video. I put through my order on line at [..] as advertised at the back of the book. About 30 minutes later, I found a more personalized, updated and thorough program from another doctor who models his practice after Dr. Sarno, and decided to go with his (more expensive, but more interactive) program instead. So I sent through a request for cancellation as well as calling to cancel the order. This was 40 minutes after placing the order. I received no response. A few hours later, I called again to confirm my order would be canceled, and was forced to speak to a VERY rude man named Ken, who verified my order was canceled, and who then sent me the following email (I am posting it word for word):
I got your voice mail, however your phone number on the message was cut off.
Otherwise we would call you.
You credit card processed instantly when you placed your order and the shipment
was picked, packed and make ready to ship FedEx today within 15 minutes.
I scrambled to get the shipping people on the phone to stop the package from going out,
(They are in Chicago, I'm in New York), and they caught your package before it left in an
afternoon pick-up.
I will refund your credit card for the full amount even though we have to pay credit card
processing fees for both the initial charge and it charge back.
Please don't do this again!

HBP Customer Service
Wow! I hope Dr. Sarno knows how rude his customer service people are. The DVD costs $96 with shipping, and if I want to cancel it for something better, I have every right, especially as no order/return/cancellation conditions are listed at the time of the sale.
About this product: "A Pain in the Pullman" (1936, short number 16 in the Columbia series) starts with the team rehearsing a number--very badly, of course--which leads to their eviction and subsequent chaos on a train, thanks to the boys and their monkey. The old business of two or more crammed in an upper berth is repeated, but there is a fairly original sequence with a crab dinner (Curly preferring the shells).
"Gents Without Cents" (1944, number 81), on the other hand, is fabulous. It starts also with a rehearsal number--the immortal "Niagara Falls... slowly I turned" routine that would be repeated with Lou Costello in Lost in a Harem. They meet a winsome trio of acrobatic dancers and give a show at a war plant. When another act can't make it, the boys volunteer--and it seems the props and scenery are all ready and the other actor even knows his lines! The complete "Niagara Falls" routine is performed, including a short skit that is the ancestor of a similar Monty Python "Who will volunteer to die?" episode. Even the ending is hilarious as they are off to their honeymoons and Curly makes the fatal mistake of reading the road sign: Niagara Falls.
"Termites of 1938" (1938, number 28) has only an opening routine with an elaborate mousetrap to distinguish it. A high-society dame mistaking these exterminators for an escort service takes up the rest. There is a long, not very funny sequence in which an English lord decides to take his cue for table manners from the Stooges, with predictable results. But "Gents" makes this Columbia entry an excellent choice. --Frank Behrens
About this product: It seems that the system refuse to post a bad comment. I wrote a comment the day before yesterday, and the comment was not been posted. Honestly the design is pretty. Anyway, I would like to tell that, this water bottle is not well-sealed. It leaks. I bought one last week, it made my bed wet. Then I called the customer service. They send me a replacement. Unfortunately, this one leaks again.
About this product: I bought this for my husband who was getting a sore wrist from so much time on the computer and using the mouse. He loves it. It's not bulky so he still has plenty of mobility but it provides enough compression so that he does not experience that ache at the end of the day. Simple and functional.
About this product: INCLUDES 'LEFT BEHIND', 'LEFT BEHIND II: TRIBULATION FORCE', 'LEFT BEHIND: WORLD AT WAR' & THE ORIGINAL LEFT BEHIND DOCUMENTARY BASED ON THE BEST SELLING BOOK BY PETER & PAUL LALONDE.
