About this product: Shows you how to use Aerobic Exercise as a form of Meditation. Written especially for runners, it applies to all rhythmic sports. Meditators who believe that sitting still on a pillow is necessary to develop the mind will enjoy this new approach. People who haven't done much of either will find this an engaging introduction to both activities. A way to "cross train your brain."
Green's language is clear and simple, demonstrating directly what awareness is and how it differs from "thinking." She shows how to train your mind to stick to the moment - much as you train your muscles. You will discover how doing it in motion enhances awareness and adds a deeper sense of purpose to your workouts. You'll enjoy this engaging little book whether you are a seasoned athlete or an ex-couch potato just beginning to get fit. Having a better physique, faster times, and better muscles just aren't enough any more. A runner, a biker, or someone who works out at a health club, it is likely that you are also interested in understanding more about how your mind works, and in the spiritual question: "Is this all there is?"
About this product: This econometric study covers the latent demand outlook for women's and girls' sweatpants, bodysuits, bodyshirts, jogging and warm-up suits, playsuits, rompers, and beachwear made from purchased fabrics excluding swimwear across the states and cities of the United States. Latent demand (in millions of U.S. dollars), or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.) estimates are given across some 12,900 cities in the United States. For each city in question, the percent share the city is of it's state and of the United States is reported. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a city vis-a-vis others. This statistical approach can prove very useful to distribution and/or sales force strategies. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each state and city, latent demand estimates are created for women's and girls' sweatpants, bodysuits, bodyshirts, jogging and warm-up suits, playsuits, rompers, and beachwear made from purchased fabrics excluding swimwear. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved.

About this product: This amazing little book was years ahead of fitness books in the 70's. In a few pages, Mike describes weight training, nutrition, running routines, mental tricks and body-mind experiences. Stuff that you normally do not see in a running book. I picked this book up while a young man in the army and within a few months, I was one of the fastest runners on base. More than once, I have used the visualization techniques to win a race. The beauty is that I actually trained less, but trained and ate better. Now in my 50's I still refer to this handy training manual.
