Just a wonderful carefully done transfer using new double sided technology, which allows all 3 movies to be placed on the disc and still preserving the higher transfer rate which equals better detail. Color is true, original was in great shape, and the Dolby Digital soundtrack is clear. I have seen these movies remastered before, but this Good Times remaster is the best of the lot, done with the care these classics deserve! Since two of these are Oscar winners this makes sense, but many so called studios are out for a quick buck, selling bad looking, bad sounding, cut product. Cudos to Good Times for doing the job right. Even the artwork on the package looks first rate! Five Stars.

I love this movie and this is a very good print. I had bought one previously that was unwatchable it was so washed out. This is an excellent print, but no extras--not even scene selections. This is, however, good quality for the price. Spencer Tracy is wonderful as the grandfather--he also does personal narration, just as he did in "Father of the Bride"--very endearing.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase this copy of Father's Little Dividend brought to you by AFA ENTERTAINMENT unless you are into extremely poor quality knock-offs. This dvd looks like someone recorded it from their own T.V.. only worse. The fact that they are charging $14.95, adds insult to injury.
Shame on you AFA ENTERTAINMENT for pawning off garbage reproductions as the real deal and charging a pretty penny for it too! This should be taken off the market.
