Bookstores contain a great deal of information; however, it is not easy to find information on a specific topic. Let's say I want to learn how to record and edit an interview, which I plan on selling through my website. At the local bookstore, I have to wade through dozens of books on audio engineering, computer skills, Website management whew! It's much easier to find this kind of information on the Internet, even in video format. Information on the internet is more current than print information. Once a book is written, it takes about one year to edit a book, send it to the publisher, print it, and get it onto store shelves. In that time, a lot of information may become outdated. By contrast, e-books are up-to-date, containing cutting-edge information. E-books are easy to update electronically, so it's easy to keep them current.
